Acceptable Use Policy

Organizations must not use Form40, its forms or its payment collection for:

• fraud, scams or advance-fee schemes, including fake jobs, grants, loans, scholarships, prizes or visas;
• phishing, or asking for passwords, PINs, OTPs, card details or bank login details;
• impersonating another person, business, school, bank, government agency or brand;
• illegal goods or services, or anything prohibited by Nigerian law or by our payment provider's rules;
• gambling, betting or lotteries without the required licence;
• pyramid, Ponzi or other investment schemes promising returns;
• content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or that infringes others' rights;
• malware, or files intended to harm respondents' devices;
• collecting personal data without a lawful basis or using it for purposes respondents weren't told about.

We may remove forms, freeze funds, suspend or ban organizations that break this policy, and report them to the authorities. Report misuse with the "Report this form" link on any form.
