Payer Terms

These terms apply when you pay an organization through a form on Form40.

1. You are paying the organization named on the form. Form40 processes the payment on that organization's behalf, through our payment provider Bachs. Form40 never sees or stores your card number.
2. Form40 does not provide the goods or services. We do not provide, guarantee or deliver what the organization offers.
3. Check before you pay. Only pay organizations you know and trust. Never pay to receive a job, loan, grant or prize.
4. Our liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, Form40 is not liable for losses arising from your dealings with the organization, such as non-delivery, fraud or misrepresentation by the organization.
5. Reporting problems. Use the "report it" link in your receipt or on the form. We investigate every report. Where funds are still held we may freeze them and may refund you, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
6. Refunds are first a matter between you and the organization. Contact them using the details on your receipt. See our Refunds & Complaints Policy.
